The new release of the original F1 — the one Chuck Bruce reviewed in The Audiophile Voice as “the best loudspeaker he had ever heard in his listening room”. Fully renewed cabinet, revised crossover, updated componentry.
Two-way floorstanding, bass reflex. The cabinet has been redesigned in full — internal bracing, non-parallel wall layout, joints with calibrated rigidity — following the same constructive logic as the upper range of the maison. The lacquering follows the fifteen working stages of the Stradivari luthiers’ tradition; the paints are those used in the luxury automotive sector. Eight standard finishes, unlimited customisation.
On the electro-acoustic side, the crossover is first-order, hand-wound in the atelier and tuned to preserve time-phase coherence — the common thread across the entire Ars Aures catalogue. Drivers are selected one by one: Purifi woofer and Satori tweeter by SB. Internal wiring by Kimber Cable.
