Delete your personal data or request a copy. Exercise the rights granted by the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

At any time you can request the erasure of your personal data (Art. 17 GDPR) or receive a copy of all the data we have associated with your email address (Art. 15 and 20 GDPR). For security reasons, after submitting the request you will receive an email with a link to click within 24 hours to confirm.

Email addressThe email address with which you wrote to us, registered your warranty or subscribed to the newsletter.

What do you want to doErase my data (Art. 17 — right to be forgotten)Your data will be deleted or anonymised on all our systems. Data strictly necessary for legal obligations (e.g. active warranty registrations, tax invoices) may be kept in anonymised form.Receive a copy of my data (Art. 15 and 20)We will send you a JSON file with all the personal data we have associated with your email address. A structured format, readable by any software (right to portability).

The Data Controller responds within one month of the request (Art. 12 GDPR). For complex cases the term may be extended by a further two months with notice. You can also write directly to privacy@arsaures.com — we will handle the request manually within the same term.
