Steinway Artists, such as Maestro Sandro Russo, listen to recordings of their performances through our products. Classical recording studios use us for pre-master evaluation, and music academies to train the ear of their students. It is the professionals who validate our work, proving our choices right.

Decca Records uses Ars Aures Mini Sensorial speakers as reference monitor for grand piano mastering. It is the most difficult classical recording — seven octaves, enormous dynamics, microsecond attack — and the most severe test bench for a high-end speaker. Piano mastering sessions demand the same temporal phase coherence we look for in design: the fundamental note and its harmonics must reach the ear in the same instant. Much of the grand piano classical repertoire recorded over the past twenty years — Beethoven, Mozart, Chopin, Mendelssohn — has also passed through our Mini Sensorial.
